HOCATT

$200 · Single session · 30 min · Package options available

  • What is HOCATT?

HOCATT stands for Hyperthermic Ozone & Carbonic Acid Transdermal Technology. It's a steam chamber that delivers ten wellness modalities in one 30-minute session — including infrared, ozone, carbonic acid, and PEMF.

  • Does HOCATT include Hugo PEMF?

Yes — Hugo PEMF is built into the HOCATT machine and included in every session. A standalone Hugo PEMF session is not recommended on the same day as HOCATT.

  • What services pair well with HOCATT?

Flowpresso pairs beautifully on the same day. Some clients enjoy BrainTap after to wind down. HBOT is best scheduled the day before or after — HOCATT and HBOT cannot be done on the same day.

  • Can I come in with a spray tan?

Please wait at least 7 to 10 days after a spray tan. The ozone and steam can break it down and cause uneven fading or skin irritation.

  • How often should I come in?

Once a week is a great starting point for general wellness. For more targeted support, some clients come two to three times a week. We're happy to help you build a plan.

  • Is HOCATT good for Lyme disease or chronic illness?

Ozone therapy has been widely studied and used in integrative medicine for chronic infections including Lyme disease, chronic fatigue, and autoimmune conditions. Many people with chronic illness use HOCATT as part of a broader wellness protocol. We recommend consulting your practitioner alongside regular sessions.

  • Is HOCATT good for cancer support?

Ozone and infrared therapies are used by many integrative practitioners as supportive tools alongside conventional cancer care. We are a wellness studio and do not treat cancer. Please consult your oncologist before booking if you are currently in treatment.

  • Can HOCATT help with hormonal imbalance or PCOS?

Many women use HOCATT for hormonal and gynecological support — including PCOS, perimenopause, menstrual irregularity, and endometriosis. The combination of ozone, infrared, and improved circulation can support hormonal balance and pelvic health. Please note menstruation is a contraindication — please reschedule during your cycle.

  • Will HOCATT help with weight loss?

A session can burn up to 600 calories while supporting circulation, detoxification, and metabolism. While HOCATT is not a weight loss treatment, regular sessions alongside a healthy lifestyle can support metabolic function and overall vitality.

  • Is ozone therapy safe?

Transdermal ozone therapy — where ozone is absorbed through the skin rather than inhaled — has a long history of use in integrative and functional medicine. In the HOCATT, your head remains outside the chamber at all times so you are never breathing ozone directly. It is considered safe for most people when administered correctly.

  • Can HOCATT help with skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis?

The combination of ozone, infrared, and improved circulation in the HOCATT can be supportive for inflammatory skin conditions. Ozone has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, and the steam opens pores to allow for deeper absorption. Many clients with eczema and psoriasis report improvements with regular sessions.

  • Is HOCATT good for fibromyalgia?

Yes — HOCATT is frequently used by people managing fibromyalgia. The combination of infrared heat, ozone, and PEMF supports pain relief, circulation, cellular energy, and nervous system calming. Regular sessions alongside other care can make a meaningful difference in comfort and quality of life.

  • Can HOCATT help with autoimmune conditions?

Ozone therapy has been explored as a supportive tool for autoimmune conditions due to its ability to modulate immune response, reduce inflammation, and support detoxification. Many clients managing conditions like lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and multiple sclerosis use HOCATT as part of a broader integrative approach. Please consult your physician and review contraindications before booking.

  • Is HOCATT good for detox and cleansing?

Yes — detoxification is one of HOCATT's most well-known benefits. The hyperthermic steam promotes sweating, the ozone supports cellular waste removal, and the carbonic acid enhances absorption. For deeper detox support, pairing sessions with proper hydration, binders, and mineral supplementation is recommended.

  • Can HOCATT help with Mold illness or biotoxin exposure?

Many integrative practitioners use ozone therapy as part of mold illness and biotoxin protocols. HOCATT's combination of ozone, infrared, and transdermal carbonic acid can support the body's ability to process and clear biotoxins. We recommend working alongside your practitioner and using appropriate binders when doing detox-focused sessions.

HBOT

$125 · Single session · 60 min · Package options available

  • What is hyperbaric oxygen therapy?

HBOT involves resting in a pressurized chamber that increases the amount of oxygen your blood can carry. At Thriv we use the OxyHealth Vitaeris 320 at 1.3 ATA / 4.1 PSI.

  • What can I do inside the chamber?

You're welcome to bring your phone, tablet, or reading material. No headphones, earbuds, or BrainTap headset — batteries are not safe under pressure.

  • Will I feel claustrophobic?

The OxyHealth Vitaeris 320 is one of the roomiest portable chambers available. Most people are surprised by how comfortable it feels. Text us if you have concerns before your first session.

  • What does the ear pressure feel like?

A slight fullness — exactly like descending on a plane. Clear it easily by yawning, swallowing, or gently pinching your nose and blowing. It passes quickly.

  • Can I do HBOT and HOCATT on the same day?

No — HOCATT and HBOT cannot be done on the same day. Most clients schedule them on separate days.

HUGO PEMF

$30 · Single session · 12 min · Package options available

  • What is Hugo PEMF?

PEMF stands for Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Technology. Hugo PEMF sends electromagnetic pulses through the body to recharge cells, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and support recovery — in just 12 minutes.

  • What will I feel?

A gentle pulsing or tapping sensation in the muscles. At lower settings it can feel like a subtle hum beneath the surface. Intensity is fully adjustable.

  • Rings or mat — what's the difference?

Rings are placed around a specific area for targeted support. The mat sandwich surrounds your whole body for a full-body cellular recharge. We can help you choose based on your goals.

  • Is Hugo PEMF included in HOCATT?

Yes — it's built into every HOCATT session. Only one Hugo PEMF session per day is recommended, so a standalone session is not advised on the same day as HOCATT.

  • Can I use it if I have metal implants?

Pacemakers and implanted electrical devices are an absolute contraindication. For screws, plates, or joint replacements please text us before booking and we'll talk it through.

Flowpresso

  • What is Flowpresso?

A full-body compression and infrared heat suit that encourages lymphatic drainage, reduces fluid retention, and deeply relaxes the nervous system. Chambers inflate and deflate in a slow wave-like sequence while adjustable infrared heat works through four zones.

  • What does it feel like?

Like a gentle, rhythmic hug that gives your nervous system permission to slow down. Warm, steady, and deeply grounding.

  • Is BrainTap included?

Yes — BrainTap is complimentary with every Flowpresso session. If you'd prefer Flowpresso only, just let us know.

  • What should I wear?

Loose, comfortable or athletic clothing. The suit goes right on top — no changing needed.

  • How often should I come in?

Once a week is a wonderful starting point. Those focusing on lymphatic health or recovery may benefit from more frequent sessions.

  • Is Flowpresso good for lymphedema?

Yes — Flowpresso is one of the most effective non-invasive tools for supporting lymphatic flow and reducing swelling associated with lymphedema. The wave-like compression sequence encourages the lymphatic system to move fluid the way it's designed to.

  • Can Flowpresso help with bloating or water retention?

Yes — many clients notice a significant reduction in bloating and puffiness after a session. The compression and infrared heat work together to move excess fluid out of tissues and support the body's natural drainage processes.

  • Is Flowpresso good for stress and anxiety?

Absolutely — Flowpresso activates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and restore mode) through steady rhythmic pressure. Many clients find it one of the most deeply relaxing experiences they've had. It's excellent for chronic stress, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation.

  • Can Flowpresso help with post-surgical recovery?

Flowpresso can be a wonderful tool for post-surgical lymphatic support — helping reduce swelling, move fluid, and support recovery. Please wait until cleared by your surgeon and let us know about your procedure before booking.

  • Can Flowpresso help with fibromyalgia?

Yes — the rhythmic compression and infrared heat in Flowpresso can be deeply supportive for fibromyalgia. The steady pressure activates the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing the heightened pain sensitivity common in fibromyalgia, while infrared heat supports circulation and muscle comfort.

  • Can Flowpresso help with lipedema?

Flowpresso is frequently used by people managing lipedema as a way to support lymphatic flow, reduce swelling, and improve comfort. While it does not treat lipedema, regular sessions can help manage symptoms and improve quality of life alongside other care.

  • Is Flowpresso good for detox?

Yes — by stimulating the lymphatic system, Flowpresso helps the body move and clear metabolic waste, toxins, and excess fluid from tissues. Drinking plenty of water after your session is important to support what the body is releasing.

  • Can Flowpresso help with immune support?

The lymphatic system is a core component of the immune system. By supporting lymphatic flow, Flowpresso helps the body move immune cells more efficiently, clear pathogens, and maintain a healthy immune environment. Regular sessions can be a meaningful part of a longevity and immune support routine.

Braintap

$25 · Single session · 25–40 min · Complimentary with Flowpresso

  • How often can I use it?

BrainTap is safe to use every day and daily use is encouraged. Consistency is where the deepest benefits — better sleep, reduced stress, improved focus — really build.

  • Is it the same every session?

Not at all — you choose your session based on what you need that day. Fully customizable every visit.

  • Is it included with Flowpresso?

Yes — BrainTap is complimentary with every Flowpresso session. It's also available as a standalone session.

  • Is it safe for everyone?

BrainTap is safe for most people. Those with a history of seizures or epilepsy should not use it due to the pulsed light frequencies. Pregnant clients should check with their primary care physician first.
