  • How Should I Prepare for My HOCATT™ Session?

    Dress in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Avoid applying lotions, moisturizers, deodorants, or any scented products before your appointment, as these can block your pores and interfere with the sauna’s effectiveness. Also, drink plenty of water throughout the day, and have a light meal at least 2 hours before your session.

  • What Should I Wear During the Session?

    Most sessions are done without clothing to allow full skin contact with the steam and ozone. You will be seated in the chamber with your head outside, and privacy is always respected. A towel or wrap may be used as needed for comfort.

  • What Kind of Results Can I Expect Right Away?

    Many clients experience softer skin, deep relaxation, improved sleep, and an overall sense of detox and refreshment after just one session. These benefits can improve with regular use.

  • Is It Normal to Have a Breakout After My Session?
