    • Drink plenty of water

Come well hydrated. Drink extra water the day before and the morning of your session. Hydration helps your body respond better to every modality we offer.

Eat a light meal or snack

Have a light meal or snack at least one hour before your session. Avoid heavy meals within two hours of your appointment. Do not come in on an empty stomach.

      Wear comfortable clothing

Loose, comfortable or athletic clothing works best for all sessions. We will let you know if anything specific is needed when you book.

      Avoid alcohol and limit caffeine

Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before your session. Limit caffeine the morning of your appointment. Both can interfere with how your body responds.

    • Keep drinking water

Continue hydrating after your session. Your body will be actively working — water helps move things along and supports your recovery.

      Rest when you can

Some people feel energized. Others feel ready for deep rest. Both are completely normal. Give your body space to integrate — avoid strenuous activity for the remainder of the day if possible.

      • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your session
      • You are welcome to bring your phone, tablet, or reading material inside the chamber
      • No headphones or earbuds — the pressure inside the chamber makes them uncomfortable and can cause ear pain
      • Let us know of any ear, sinus, or lung conditions before your session

      After your session

      • Drink plenty of water — your cells have been working
      • You may feel noticeably energized or calm — both are normal responses
      • Eat a nourishing meal within a few hours
      • Mild ear fullness may occur after — this resolves quickly, similar to after flying
      • Rest if your body is asking for it

Note on ear pressure: As the chamber pressurizes you may feel a slight fullness in your ears — exactly like descending on an airplane. Clear it easily by yawning, swallowing, or gently pinching your nose and blowing gently. Let your session guide know if you feel any discomfort.
